Growth Habit :Creeping, trailing or twining perennial herb, slender stems almost hairless or downy and slightly sticky 1-2m long, on a woody rootstock.

Description :A native legume that is more salt tolerant than most herbaceous legumes.
Distribution :Abundant in all mainland states, except Victoria. In heavy clay soils high in lime and phosphorus, in association with Mitchell grass and bluegrass grasslands.
