Typical Habitat : | Open woodland sometimes near beaches. |
Distribution : | Uncommon to N.T., QLD., N.S.W., northern VIC. and western and northern W.A. Becoming rare in settled southern areas. |
Migration : | Resident / breeding mainly on Magnetic Island. Main breeding season, August to February, variable. |
