In Thirty-six Views of Castle Hill , Queensland artist Sue Smith (who lived in Townsville in 2011-12) composes her own ukiyo-e , a floating world of contemporary experience.

with the timeless, immoveable hill as backdrop to the constant fluxand impermanence of all things.
